Who We Are

Lazybones Interactive is an independent studio creating games and useful apps. Gentle Weeks is a private family hub built to help families organize pregnancy, appointments, notes, checklists, and related family information.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Gentle Weeks, you may choose to enter information such as pregnancy dates, current pregnancy week, appointments, family notes, checklist items, symptom logs, kick counts, contraction timing, medication notes, allergies, vitamins, birth preferences, weight logs, blood pressure logs, family sync codes, and voice recordings.

You control what you enter. Gentle Weeks is for personal tracking and organization only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Account And Sign-In Data

If you sign in with Google or Apple, authentication is handled by those providers and Firebase Authentication. We may receive basic account information needed to identify your account, such as your user ID, name, email address, and profile image if provided by the sign-in provider.

Cloud Sync

Gentle Weeks can store and sync app data with Firebase/Firestore when cloud sync is enabled. This lets signed-in family members using the same family sync code see shared appointments, notes, checklists, and other supported app data across devices.

If you do not enable sign-in or cloud sync, app data is intended to remain on the device, except for services needed to operate the app or app store features.

Voice Recordings And Device Features

If you use the recording feature, Gentle Weeks requests microphone access so you can record visit notes. Recordings are saved as app notes on your device and may sync if cloud sync is enabled for supported note data.

The app may also request permissions for notifications, biometric unlock, sharing invite links, and local file storage when those features are used.

Purchases

Gentle Weeks may offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases are handled through Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat and the app stores may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, and related transaction information needed to provide paid features.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide app features you choose to use.
• Save and sync your family data when enabled.
• Support sign-in, subscriptions, and app functionality.
• Improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the app.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app and website, such as Firebase/Google, Apple sign-in services, RevenueCat, app stores, hosting providers, and similar infrastructure providers.

Information may also be shared if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with people you intentionally invite through family sync features.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including trusted cloud providers and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention And Deletion

Data stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Cloud synced data may remain until deleted from the app or until you request deletion.

To request account deletion or deletion of associated cloud data, email support@lazybonesinteractive.com with the email address used to sign in. We may need to verify the request before deleting account-linked data.

Children

Our apps and websites are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our apps, services, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
